By accessing or using MyOrbix services, including our website, mobile applications, NFC keychains, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

MyOrbix provides a platform that allows users to:

• Upload and store personal information on our secure platform
• Link this information to NFC-enabled keychains
• Allow authorized individuals to access this information by tapping the NFC keychain with compatible devices
• Manage and update their information through our dashboard

MyOrbix acts solely as a platform provider and information storage service. We do not create, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any information uploaded by users.

As a user of MyOrbix, you are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you upload
• Ensuring you have the right to share any information you provide
• Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
• Regularly updating your information to maintain accuracy
• Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• The proper care and maintenance of your NFC keychain

• Your violation of any third party's rights
• Any information you provide through the Service
• Any misuse of information accessed through your NFC keychain

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all information they upload. MyOrbix:

• Does not verify, validate, or fact-check user-provided information
• Does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information
• Is not responsible for outdated, incorrect, or misleading information
• Recommends users regularly review and update their information

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyOrbix operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
